Script are a West Midlands agency for playwrights and scriptwriters, offering advice, workshops and discussions. They came to us looking for an identity and full branding style that would stand out from the crowd.

Work completed: logo design, stationery design (business cards, letterhead, comp slip), invitation design, posters, postcard designs plus the design and implementation of their website.

Arts business card design, arts stationery design, arts letterhead designLogo and stationery design: The identity is partly derived from a stylised speech bubble and partly from puntuation, both highly relevant sources to their business. The stationery design is simple but with very bold use of colour, making the set highly distinctive and memorable.

Arts poster design, writers poster design, arts pronotional materialsPoster design: this was to advertise a range of writer workshops. The poster uses bold typography and colours which was part of the branding style that we came up with. The poster idea was to engage the writer by encouraging them to create the missing sections of the script, in other words to fill in the blanks on the poster.

Arts website design, writers web design, art web-site design

Website: this was designed to be simple and straightforward, allowing easy access to all the information whilst retaining the bright and bold style. The key Script style elements are still there primarily with the use of bold typography.

Invite design print design MidlandsInvite concept: A promotional invitation design and artwork. Following the brand style of bold colours and type that we came up with, this plays on the word 'invitation' by highlighting appropriate sections linking in with additional information.

Arts postcard design, arts print designPostcard: A postcard design used to promote screenwriting. A simple but striking visual idea which continues (and builds upon) the overall visual style developed for Script.
